Digital Networks Group is now fully integrated into the parent company, Avidex, the 5th largest audiovisual systems integrator in the US. Avidex delivers innovative technology solutions that enable organizations and enterprises to collaborate, create, and share ideas through state-of-the-art audiovisual and unified communication technologies. Avidex specializes in creating an unparalleled client experience in the use of collaborative audiovisual solutions as a global pro-AV integrator providing design, build, and service excellence

Digital Networks Group (DNG), headquartered in Lake Forest, has served the Southern California market since 1987 and will continue its commitment to serve education, healthcare, corporate, and government clients with professional audiovisual integration, design, and managed services.

This final step of integrating DNG under the Avidex brand completes the strategic plan envisioned when DNG was acquired in 2016. Since then, the companies have been integrating and strengthening business processes, teams, and tools to better serve their customers. “Our unwavering dedication to client success, our partners, and our team members continues to drive our business,” said Avidex Chief Executive Officer Jeff Davis. “Companywide, the expertise, and experience we have in serving the education, corporate, healthcare, and government markets are second to none. Our growing business in K-12 and higher education – where DNG has recognized core expertise - has also helped our company and clients navigate the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.”

Mike Stammire, DNG co-founder and previous president, will continue to serve as Avidex General Manager of Southern California, demonstrating leadership and business continuity.

“An advantage of being part of the larger Avidex family is that we are investing in our people and expanding our geographic footprint as our business in K-12 and higher education, and other sectors have continued to grow,” said Stammire. “Completing our integration with Avidex represents exciting growth and added capabilities to serve our customers even better.”

Specializing in the design and integration of innovative, custom AV and IT solutions, Avidex’s solutions and services incorporate a broad range of cutting-edge technologies. From digital signage to video walls, video conferencing, or presentation systems, Avidex brings reliable, standardizable, and user-friendly solutions to their corporate, education, healthcare, and public sector clients.
