Avidex Re-Awarded Washington State DES Contract for Audiovisual Solutions and Services

Seattle, WA — Avidex, a leading audiovisual integrator specializing in enterprise, education, healthcare, and government environments, announced it has been re-awarded a contract through Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES). This contract enables eligible public agencies across Washington State to procure audiovisual technology, integration services, and ongoing support through a streamlined, compliant purchasing vehicle.

Under the DES contract #00224 Avidex is authorized to provide audiovisual systems, collaboration technologies, design, installation, programming, and managed services to state agencies, higher education institutions, K–12 school districts and local governments. The contract term runs March 16, 2026 through May 15, 2032.

The DES award reflects Avidex’s demonstrated expertise in delivering scalable, secure, and supportable AV solutions that align with the operational and budgetary needs of public-sector organizations.
