Commercial Integrator: How long have Avidex and CCS New England been in conversation about a possible acquisition? Over how many months did the deal unfold, and what spurred the conversation initially?
Jeff Davis: We initiated conversation close to 12 months ago. Avidex was looking to expand geographically in
the Northeast and CCS New England was on our radar. Their reputation in the market was exceptional, and, on the surface, it appeared they could be a good potential fit. As we engaged in initial conversations, it became apparent that from a cultural and values-driven perspective, they were exactly what we were looking for.
